Shipping & Alterations
Everything you need to know about how your ARKYA piece reaches you — and how we care for it after.
Shipping
- Domestic
- We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India.
- International
- For international orders, shipping charges are calculated separately based on the destination country, as well as the weight and volume of the package. The applicable shipping cost will be communicated at the time of inquiry or before order confirmation.
Returns & Alterations
- Made to Order
- Each ARKYA garment is made-to-order and meticulously handcrafted exclusively for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our Terms & Conditions.
- Cancellations
- As every piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
- Alterations
- If your garment requires any alterations, we will be happy to assist you and will do one alteration free of charge within one month of purchase. For both domestic and international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garment back to us for alterations.
- Fit
- We strongly recommend providing accurate measurements and, where requested, completing at least one trial fitting to ensure the best possible fit.
Taxes & Duties
- Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are listed at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
- International Duties
- For international orders, shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the prices displayed do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in the destination country. Any such duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid at the time of delivery in order for the shipment to be released by local customs authorities.
